Well I may be further along with this quilt then the one I started months ago! maybe because this one is so sentimental.
Another thing that has really baffled me is why I make such small squares, I had not even noticed until my husband asked me why I do everything so small? Well I have no idea!
This past weekend has been super busy, my Mum had a wonderful birthday party but unfortunately my little guy was unwell and couldn’t go. He was so excited he even stated the next morning that “I go party” we felt bad for him but he seems not to have noticed that the party has been and gone and he did not attend. So on Sunday we had a chilled day and he spent quite a bit of time in the garden with his Dad.
I was lucky enough to have some flowers picked for me.
I am going to try and put together some mini pieces of fabric tonight for his quilt, this may be when I regret having such small squares! wish me luck š
